The real fix: a checklist your team actually runs before every critical moment in the deal and that you measure and report against regularly. Is it boring? Yes, 100% 🥱 Non-negotiable as you scale? There’s no question. 📈 Are you using checklists in your sales processes? - How has that been working for you if so? - Why not, if not?
