Hello✋ New to the group
Hello, my name is Jason Mathews — excited to be part of this group!
I'm based in Houston, TX and have been in the real estate and manufactured housing space for about 15 years, with a heavy focus on MH.
I've been actively buying, selling, and flipping mobile homes, creating seller-finance notes, and working with parks on infill, sales, operations, and occupancy.
I also have an IT and automation background, which I leverage to run and manage different parts of my business more efficiently . (Plus this is fun)
This year I'm looking to level up on underwriting and step into my first JV or mobile home park acquisition deal.
Open to partnering where I can bring value through deal flow, sales execution, and operational systems
