Let's talk about the "Unlock Your Squat" Course! This course is one full video tutorial of how to work on it and why you should work on getting into a deep squat position and MAN, there are so many reasons! If I could give one piece of advice to anyone looking to improve their joint health (most commonly because you have regular joint or muscle pain), it would be to work on regaining the ability to get into the deep squat position and get into it regularly.
In addition to the tutorial, there is information on shoe-wear that will help tremendously. Barefoot shoes will not take away from your ankle mobility or your foot strength while others do. This matters a heck of a lot when it comes to the health of your feet, knees, hips and spine.
