New Course for Women in Perimenopause
Hey all! We are so excited to share that we have a new available course for women! It is called the "Balanced & Strong: Optimize Your Metabolism in Perimenopause" taught by Coach Colleen!
On Thursday at 5 PM, we are hosting a short webinar about the course. All women are invited to attend. The goal is to help women minimize symptoms during this phase which typically include:
  • slower metabolism
  • weight gain (specifically abdominal weight gain)
  • joint pain
  • puffiness and inflammation
  • food intolerance
