Week 1 – Day 2: Strength & Glutes
Today we hit our first strength session of the Burn Box Build Bootcamp — all about legs, glutes, and building that foundation. 🍑 The crew crushed squats, hip thrusts, and lunges with great form and focus. The energy in the room was next-level. 💪 ✅ Workout focus: Lower body strength & glute activation ✅ Why it matters: Building strong legs and glutes improves power for boxing/kickboxing and supports overall athletic performance. Action Step for You:Even if you couldn’t make it today, write down 1 lower body exercise you’ll complete this week and log it in your Challenge Journal. Let’s keep that momentum going.

Bootcamp Week 1 Kickoff
Hey chat… Day 1 is in the books. We kicked things off with weigh-ins and a powerful boxing session — the energy was real. W for Karina: down 13 lbs. W for Fabian: down 9 lbs. And big respect to everyone who showed up, faced the scale, and gave 100%. Whether it’s your first bootcamp or your fifth — showing up is the win. Action step: Write down one personal goal you want to accomplish in the next 6 weeks. Lock it in. Next up: Glute & Strength Day on Friday. Let’s keep building.
