Prediction... Hassle free return windows are gonna get longer for high AOV products. Why 30 days? Why is a customer pressured to get satisfaction in 30 days? People buy so many things online They sometimes forget to use something. So, they just return it if it's in the window. Or it may take too much effort to see the desired result. With a much longer hassle free return window 3 things happen: 1. People have more confidence buying 2. Return rates go down 3. Purchasers eventually get the desired results leading to more positive experiences We implemented this with a client back in October. I wish I could say sales sky rocketed because of it. They didn't. Some improvement. But, refund rates have also gone down. Do we have to wait a year for refund rates to normalise again? I suspect not. By that time purchasers have either gotten to grips with the product and have had a happy, un-rushed, experience. Or they've just forgotten about it and never initiate the return. Who knows, maybe they'll keep the product for life then and make good use of it down the line

As we’ve got a couple POD businesses in the group and I literally just finished helping out another POD business i thought I’d share the main strength. 0 up front cost for unlimited inventory! All you have to get good at is churning out designs. The more you launch the more you have to keep your customers interested. When you grow your email list you can continually launch new designs to them. And all It costs is your time to make them. Volume is key. You could spend hours trying to figure out the perfect next new design only for it to flop with your audience. You just never know what will hit so make a lot!
