Shredded chicken breast and gravy over riced cauliflower. Prepare all at once and then you’ll have many quick portion controlled servings! White rice is nothing but ENDOSPERM! The bran and germ is stripped and it becomes a fat bus bomb! Learn insulin controlling swaps for rice, pasta, bread, cereal and more. You’ll change your life. I promise. Avoid fat storage by avoiding the fat bus.

Weight loss is fun and delicious.
I did some calculations and compared a meal at Red Lobster to this meal to compare cost. To get this much meat without all of the “filler” the same amount of seafood would cost more than $40. This lobster tail and these jumbo scallops cost me $10. I bought this at Ingles in Rockmart. More meat and less cost. I didn’t need the tater and broccoli they serve. Just show me the meat! It’s also exercise on a plate. Oh, I did add melted butter with old bay seasoning.

Choose your easy
Nothing works for me. Nothing. It’s too expensive. It’s too hard. Nobody supports me. My body doesn’t cooperate. I do everything right and still gain weight. If only someone would call and check on me daily. If only someone would walk beside me and make me exercise. It’s not fair that everyone gets to eat what they want to eat but I can’t. It’s just too hard and it’s not fair. I look at food and gain weight. I give up. All words that I will never ever never ever never say in this dimension of time and space. I wish all those I love would stop saying these things too. We can do all things through Christ which strengthens us. It’s easy to lose weight. It’s also easy to eat all day. Choose your easy.
