Hey everyone, I’m Melissa. My background is in education, curriculum development, coaching, workshop facilitation, and mental health. Before creating my own frameworks and programs, I spent years helping people understand themselves, navigate change, and create meaningful transformation in their lives. What started as mindset coaching eventually evolved into something much deeper. Today, I teach a practical emotional philosophy centered around awareness, accountability, emotional patterns, self-trust, and aligned action. My work helps people identify the internal patterns that keep them stuck so they can stop self-abandoning, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater clarity and intention. Right now, I’m in a season of rebuilding and expanding my own ecosystem, creating programs, workshops, and resources that help people better understand themselves and create lasting transformation over time. Outside of work, I’m a lifelong student of human behavior, personal growth, spirituality, psychology, and all the messy, beautiful things that make us human.
