Who spent years people-pleasing? What moment finally made you stop?
Share below! We'd love to hear any lessons on shedding this pattern, and any benefits from having shed this pattern. For many of us, this pattern started early—learning that to be loved, valued, or safe, we had to please others first. Sometimes it meant becoming the "good one," the agreeable one, the one who keeps the peace. Sometimes it meant abandoning our own needs, desires, and truth to make others comfortable. Here's what we're curious about: - What was the moment (or gradual realization) that made us finally stop? - Who did we think we had to be to receive love or validation? - What did choosing authenticity over approval actually look like for us? The shift often happens when we realize: it's not our responsibility to "fix" or "please" others. Our real responsibility is to show up as our authentic selves—even when it feels uncomfortable, even when it risks disapproval. Being real and having the courage to express who we truly are? That's where real connection lives. That's where our power returns. Drop your story in the comments. What pattern did you break, and how did breaking it change your life? 👇 P.S. If releasing people-pleasing and other emotional blocks feels like a journey you're ready to deepen, check out Mental Health Resolver in the Classroom—it's designed specifically to help us break free from these patterns and step into authentic power.
My Personal True Story: Navigating Financial Challenges Through Self-Understanding and Acceptance
In this video, which I made for Steve but is relevant to many of us... I share my personal journey with financial struggles and the internal barriers that had made it difficult for me to achieve financial stability. I discuss how my upbringing and past experiences shaped my feelings of worthlessness and insecurity, leading me to chase money for validation. Through self-reflection and acceptance, I learned that true healing comes from understanding and embracing my wounds and challenges as step 1, rather than trying to fix them with quick techniques as a bypass. I encourage you to explore your own inner work and recognize that growth is a challenging but necessary process. I hope my story resonates with you and inspires deeper self-exploration.

MANIFESTING VICTORY! Becoming An Australian Citizen!
Hi wonderful RTA community! I just wished to share a very important win and breakthrough for me. As some of you may know, I was born and raised in Kenya and I really wanted to get out - just to be honest. In fact, when I was born, Kenya had just become independent 10 years before. And so I was born under the very first president of Kenya. At my age of 3, he died and his deputy, the vice president, became the new president. There was no election; it just happened, and he was the dictator of Kenya for 24 years. So, for the first 27 years of my life, I lived in a third-world country, most of it under dictatorship. In addition to that, I had a good childhood which was also marred by traumatizing events over its entire course, resulting in C-PTSD (which I since overcame, hency why I have a huge respect for mental health). Anyways, because of that, and other factors, I just wanted to get out of Kenya. And so, it's been a long journey. Getting Australian permanent residency was extremely difficult. Now, just for clarity, I also lived in the United States. I made it to the U.S. and I lived in Florida for a few years. I've been all over the world, all 5 continents. I've even been to the Arctic Circle, I've spent time in Europe, America, South America, Africa, Southeast Asia, The Far East like China and Hong Kong, Oceania, New Zealand, Australia - all those. I've been to all of them, but I just love Australia from the bottom of my heart; it feels home for me. And so, it was really important for me to become a Permanent Resident, and that journey was very difficult and it took me about 13 years to get it. But through some very cool manifesting, mental health, and other techniques, I legally qualified as a permanent resident. And now, today, I have passed the citizenship test (which to be honest was the easiest part of the whole process). The citizenship test was super easy; the rest of the process was very difficult. Anyways, I wished to share and celebrate that win with you. For me, it was one of the main things I wished to manifest, and today I can say I've got it! That's wonderful, so thank you, and I wish all of you the best journeys in your manifestings!

Thanks for Prayers (that was close)
I am writing to share an update and to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your prayers. I truly believe they made all the difference, though the path to a happy ending was far more stressful and frightening than we ever imagined. Re Prayers please Following some wise advice, Lucy decided to go to the local police in the hope of expediting the final part of their process. However, when the officers reviewed their documentation, they identified an issue with the paperwork they had been given. The situation escalated quickly, and Lucy was immediately arrested. She was told she could face imprisonment for two to eight years. As you can imagine, the stress was unbearable. She called me in a panic, saying, "Come and see me, I might not be allowed to leave the country, I might be imprisoned!" Then, what felt like a miracle happened. The police shift changed. The new officer who came on duty reviewed the case, looked at all the paperwork, stamped it, and simply said, "Go on, off you go." They were free to leave. I immediately went to pick them up, and we began the long journey to the ferry. We drove through the night from 6 PM on Tuesday, finally arriving in Hamburg at 8 AM Wednesday so that Jania could see his son for the first time in two years—a beautiful, emotional moment after such an ordeal. After a couple of hours of rest, we embarked on the final six-and-a-half-hour leg to the ferry terminal. We arrived safely in the UK on Thursday morning, and we are profoundly relieved and grateful to report that his visa was accepted. It was an incredibly stressful and exhausting journey, but they are now finally here and safe. Thank you again for your prayers and your support. We truly felt carried through this storm, and we are so grateful to have this chapter behind us. With love and thanks,
