Don't Chase Money, Chase Value-Delivery

Here's another perspective on why wealth feels so hard to create for many of us: We're taught that hard work equals money. 💰

But here's what we're missing—wealth creation isn't about how hard we work. It's about how we deliver value and solve problems for others.

Think about it... Solving meaningful problems for others creates value, and value creation attracts money. Some of the most successful people (though not all) understand that honest prosperity comes from serving others, providing value to others.

The "just hustle harder" mentality keeps many of us stuck in a loop where we're exhausted but not wealthier. We're focusing on the wrong metric entirely. Energy alignment and thought work paired with strategic problem-solving for other people—that's the real equation.

When we start asking "What valuable problem can I solve for others?" instead of "How can I work harder?", everything shifts. The money follows the value, not the effort.
