Learning about Skool
Good Monday morning, I have been looking through Skool and watching various videos to learn how to do this. I want to learn all I can to make this a great community. I love my Mini Juliana pig Dexter and I want to share him and all the things I learn about having him as a pet. Keep watching. It will get better👍❤️

Things I have learned about Mini pigs.
Some of the things I have learned about mini pigs since we got Dexter. 1.They cannot regulate their body temperature so they can’t be outside in the heat and don’t do good with cold either. They seem to be OK with temperatures between 60 and 75-80. 2. They love to root. 3. They are really smart and remember everything. Dexter won’t fall for the same trick twice, lol. 4.They are always hungry. 5. Dexter doesn’t like baths but I am not sure if they all are like that. 6.It took a lot of time and patience to get him to let us get close to him. He is fine with us but very cautious if others are around. 7.They know when it’s their bedtime. Dexter puts himself to bed every night around 7PM. 8.He knows what some words mean like no, strawberry’s, watermelon, Cheerios (his favorite snack) food, eat, water, go potty. 8.Speaking of potty. He is litter box trained and has been since the first day we got him. 9. They can run 11 miles an hour. 10.They live to be 15 to 20 years old. 11.They can’t have grapes, onions, meat, salt. 11.The males should be neutered around 5 months old. 12. They do get vaccines (including rabies) like dogs do. I am sure I am forgetting some things but that’s a start and I can always write about more later.
