Hi, I'm new here. So a little but about why I want to coach. I'm a burnt out manager who also has long term health conditions. I need a way out and coaching is going to part of that for me. I want to help people with chronic health conditions live the best life they can. I also want to help women at the point of burnout to find a better way, a slower better way to live. My biggest hope is that through this journey I can put myself back together in a better way so thia doesn't happen again. First though I need to get better.
