Hi 👋 I’m Alberta, and I had my very first coaching session tonight. She felt I was an answer to her prayers and said she really needed this to move forward. I was encouraged because I have been feeling like I needed tons of experience (especially in sales and marketing) and a certification in coaching before starting. I spent the last couple of weeks learning more about the differences between mentoring, coaching, consulting and therapy and knowing the differences also boosted my confidence in pursuing coaching. I am excited about this journey and want to build on my coaching skills.
I help Christian mums who feel called to more beyond motherhood but keep delaying because of fear and self-doubt, overcome limiting beliefs and finally build the businesses God placed on their hearts without sacrificing time with their family or burning out.
