Coaching Tools and Platforms
I'm just curious, for those of you who are already actively coaching, what are some of your favorite tech tools or platforms you use. I think we can each share our tech stack here--what they are, what we use them for, cost, and why we like it.
I'll start. For my CRM or coaching packages I use Paperbell. It's really more than just a CRM. You can build your packages on there. You can set up your payment plans, subscriptions, sell your group coaching, your membership. You can upload your worksheets for each coaching program you have. You can set up discount codes to use for each program. You can upload your contracts for clients to sign once they book. You can link your virtual call tools like Zoom so when a client books a package or a session they automatically get your zoom link. You can integrate it with your Google or your Outlook calendar. You can integrate it with Paypal or Stripe. You can include surveys for each program. You can automate responses so if a client books a call you can automate your responses (Thank you for signing up, or even a reminder e-mail or text if they opt in to SMS reminders). Once a client books they have their own log in where they can access notes from sessions (you can choose to make your notes private or share with the client). They can access worksheets that you upload for each program. They can create their own goals within their portal. And one of the things I like is that when you build your packages, you can fully customize it and essentially it creates a beautiful webpage for you. If you still don't have a website, you can literally use your Paperbell site as a website (I do, since I am still working on my new website).
Cost wise, they have a free tier but it's limited. But for the full experience it's actually quite affordable. I only pay $57 USD/month for mine. I've actually used Coachvantage before Paperbell and I actually really liked it too before Paperbell really added more of the features I wanted in a coaching tool.
