Dizziness, nausea, intense headache came out of nowhere. Threw up and had diarrhea all at once. Sharp pains in my solar plexus, back of my heart and vision.Chills come in waves, up my right leg up to my my head and back down the left leg. My crown tingles If this gets worse I will head to the hospital. Consulted my Guides and heard ‘cataclysm of emotions’. That is all I managed to hear.

The telephone screen 📺 bothers my eyes. The smell and taste of food is aweful. The smell of the deodorant I use is unbearable.

What is happening? Are you experiencing anything similar?

Any insight is greatly appreciated.
