Going through the mindset matters was a game changer for me. Once I failed at the final exams it came across my desk at the right time and helped find my own guidelines and understand where I want to be. When it's hard I don't fret I know exactly how to deal with these emotions and how to use them and turn into courage, gratitude by using Letting go and ERT techniques to keep on showing up to get to my goals. All these things wouldn't be accessible for me without Mindset Matters
