Automatic thoughts or as I love to refer to them 'sneaky thoughts' are the quick, reflexive interpretations our mind produces in response to everyday situations. They appear instantly, often outside your awareness, and can strongly influence how you feel and what you do. These thoughts often run so quickly that you react emotionally before you even realize what you were thinking. What’s one thought you've noticed and want to challenge this week?
