Hessian championships

Last Saturday and sunday we had hessian Championship in lifesaving (DLRG).

Saturday was Single. My First Race was 100m obstscle Swim and I got a 3 second pb . Second was 50m manequin rescue and I also got a 3 second pb .My usually best race, manequin rescue with fins I had trouble and had minus 1 second to my pb. The manequin was slippery and I almost lost it

In the End I was third of 27 and very happy about it.

Sunday Team comp:

My Team did pb in each race We have to do Four relays. In the end we were first, hessian Champions. So we go to German Nationals with out Team.

I Hope that I also can Go to the German Nationals for Singles.
