It s raining PBs!!! 😅

Hi some news from. B!

She asked me to post her race from today. At first , She didn’t want to do this event as it is not one from her term goals and definitely not her preference stroke. But she showed great improvement in training and decided to go for it. Her objective was 42…. And she smashed it!

We are far from the county record but her level of confidence is sky rocking ! Her attitude during the race is undeniable. She is fighting the clock!!

for those incredible and so simple tools that just get her in a nearly professional approach. What she has learned about herself in invaluable. Commitment /Courage/ Capability / Confidence ! And already thinking about a new commitment !
