Across four weeks, you will be guided through a structured programme that includes guided meditations, calming audio experiences, mindful movement, and simple reflection exercises. Each week builds on the last, helping you develop greater awareness of the present moment, recognise habitual stress patterns, and learn how to respond to thoughts and emotions with more balance and kindness.
The course places an emphasis on practice rather than performance. There is no expectation to feel calm or “get it right.” Instead, mindfulness is approached as a skill that develops over time through noticing, patience, and self-compassion. Even brief moments of practice are encouraged and valued.
