🧠 DAY 13 — 🧱 DESTROYING THE BRICK OF OVERTHINKING
Today we confront a brick that has stopped more progress than fear, doubt, and procrastination combined. Overthinking. This brick is heavy, wide, and layered. It doesn’t just block your path — it wraps itself around your decisions, your confidence, and your peace. This is the brick that says: “What if I make the wrong move?” “What if it doesn’t work?” “What if I fail again?” “What if I look stupid?” “What if it’s not the right time?” Overthinking creates imaginary walls inside the real wall you’re already tearing down. Today, we break this cycle completely. --Step 1 — Recognize Overthinking for What It Is I want you to know something powerful: Overthinking is fear pretending to be logic. Let that sink in. It’s fear wearing a disguise. It’s the old identity trying to slow you down by asking endless questions that don’t matter. Overthinking does not protect you. It traps you. It delays you. It steals your momentum. It freezes your potential. And we are DONE with freezing. --Step 2 — Replace Overthinking With “Micro Action” Every time you catch yourself spiraling in your thoughts, I want you to interrupt the pattern instantly. Ask yourself: “What is the smallest action I can take right now?” And then do it. Right then. Right there. No hesitation. It can be tiny — a message, a note, a decision, a single step. Because momentum kills overthinking. Action shatters this brick like a hammer to glass. --Step 3 — Set a Decision Deadline From now on, I want you making decisions faster. Give yourself 60 seconds for small decisions. Give yourself 10 minutes for medium decisions. Give yourself 24 hours for big decisions. Not weeks. Not months. Not “when I feel ready.” Decisiveness is a superpower. And today, you’re claiming it. --Step 4 — Trust Yourself Again Overthinking comes from distrust. Today, you build the trust back. Say this right now: “I trust my intuition. I trust my growth. I trust myself.” When you trust yourself, you move. When you move, you grow.
