8-Week Band Mobility & Prehab Program
Hey guys, I’ve just released one of my favourite programs 🙌
It’s ideal if you’re looking for a preventative mobility routine to support both your lower and upper body.
The program focuses on improving mobility in the hips, scapula, shoulders, spine, and is split into three sessions: upper, lower, and core.
  • 3 sessions per week: 1 upper, 2 lower
  • 20–30 mins per session, easy to fit in ⏱️•
  • Full video demos for every exercise 🎥
  • Can double as a dynamic warm-up 🔥
