It’s best to be there live but if you can’t make the time then I’ll be uploading all the replays in the classroom
The vibe is casual and I spend most of the time teaching, presenting and guiding the classes so you don’t have to worry about participating or sharing if you don’t want
You can just show up and receive
We’ll cover a range of topics from meditation to manifestation to nervous system regulation to emotional intelligence and more
