✨ Welcome to the Mind Body Balance Community ✨
Welcome, dreamers, doers, and visionaries! Before you dive in, I want to take a moment to share a reflection on the energy we are stepping into together—because this space is about more than lessons; it’s about becoming, realigning, and stepping fully into your life, purpose, and power. 🌿 2025: A Year of Becoming This past year has been transformative for me. It has been a year of growth, alignment, and embodiment. I want to share my journey with you—not to impress, but to inspire. Here’s what I accomplished and embodied: - I completed my 12-month life coaching program and built a system that works beautifully for this course - I strengthened boundaries, letting go of people and situations that no longer served me - I rediscovered my voice and confidence through music, teaching, and performance - I successfully hosted major events, including Dream Fest, connecting hundreds of people in meaningful ways - I walked in a fashion show feeling fully secure in myself - I began my autobiography and finished my first script - I took better care of my body, mind, and spirit, practicing discipline, rest, and patience - I learned to act from discernment instead of pressure or ego - I allowed myself to receive support, resources, and abundance without guilt - I re-envisioned my business, my brand, and my professional presence with strategy, contracts, and structure And most importantly, I learned to trust divine timing, flow, and the process of becoming fully myself. 🌟 Lessons for You As you join this community, I want you to know that this space is about more than following steps—it’s about realignment, reflection, and living your truth. The lessons I carried into this year are the same principles you can carry into yours: - Release what no longer serves you - Embody your boundaries and stand in your power - Trust the process, even when the path isn’t clear - Celebrate your growth, no matter how big or small - Create, rest, receive, and repeat

✨ Re-Envision. Re-Align. Keep Moving. ✨
Sometimes life throws everything at once—unexpected bills, obstacles, systems that don’t work, people who don’t show up. And yet… here you are. Still standing. Still moving. Still choosing you. This month, I’m leaning into strength + playfulness. 💪🏾🧚🏾 - I’m staying grounded in my purpose, even when the timing isn’t perfect. - I’m allowing help where it comes, trusting the flow, and making smart choices with what’s in my control. - I’m protecting my energy, my space, and my mission, without losing joy. Obstacles aren’t here to stop us—they’re here to teach us how resilient we really are. Distractions don’t mean we’ve lost our way—they just show us what truly matters. This is a reminder: 🌟 You can be strong and playful at the same time. 🌟 You can stay on your journey even when the world pushes back. 🌟 You can re-envision, re-align, and keep creating your life exactly as you need it. March isn’t about rushing or forcing; it’s about trusting the journey, making bold moves where you can, and letting the rest unfold. So today, I invite you to: - Take one empowered step toward your purpose ✨ - Allow the universe (and yourself) to work in support 🌱 - And remember, obstacles are just part of the story you’re mastering 💖 Let’s show up for our growth, for our purpose, and for the life we’re building—even when it’s messy, chaotic, or unexpected.

Freaky Friday Energy — Let’s Keep It Real
Hey, listen. Some days? They just hit you. Life shows up rugged, messy, and loud. Stress knocks on your chest like it owns the place. It looks for flaws in everything you’re doing, questions everything, and makes the small stuff feel enormous. Today? I woke up, and life tried to hit me with everything at once. Fees, schedules, people testing boundaries, the chaos of the city, no sleep all of it. I could have sat in frustration, I could have spiraled, I could have let it make me feel small. But here’s the truth: those minor, messy things don’t matter. Not really. The lights might be off, the money might be late, the universe might feel loud, so what? You’ve got candles. You’ve got options. You’ve got power. You’ve got yourself. Life will try to tell you: “You’re behind. You’re not enough. You need more.” And sometimes, yes, that’s true. But guess what? Even when life has you down, even when it’s hard, even when your body and mind feel beat… you push through anyway. You show up anyway. You do the work anyway. You breathe anyway. You create anyway. You make moves anyway. Today, take a minute. Breathe. Feel it. Sit with it. And then? Focus on the bigger plan. Focus on your dreams. Focus on what matters. Not the small, insignificant noise. Not the stuff trying to steal your energy. The big picture is yours. So whatever you’re facing today, whatever knocked you down this morning… step into your power anyway. This is your practice. This is your life. This is your moment. You’re still standing. You’re still building. And you’re still winning, even when it feels like life is trying to prove otherwise.

What Am I Now Open to Receiving?
Today’s affirmations were: I allow good things to come to me. I am worthy of ease. I receive without guilt. And the question was: What am I now open to receiving? My answer is simple… and layered. I am open to receiving love — stable, consistent, accountable, giving, mutual love. Not chaotic love. Not half love. Not potential love. Real love. I am open to receiving friendship — loyal, honest, connection-building, and receptive. Not relationships that require me to perform or shrink or translate myself. I am open to receiving new clients, career growth, visibility, creativity, joy, and happiness. Not just grinding for them — but allowing them to arrive without self-sabotage. I am open to receiving my new body. Not punishing this one. Not shaming this one. But allowing the version of me that feels strong, disciplined, and supported to emerge. I am open to receiving my vision coming to life. Not just talking about it. Not just planning it. But watching it actually take form. I am open to receiving: • apologies • money owed to me • expected blessings • my new home • approval notifications • trips • travel • weight loss • more consistency • more discipline And the biggest thing I noticed while writing this… I don’t feel like I have to chase these things anymore. I don’t feel like I have to prove I deserve them. I don’t feel like I have to suffer for them. This 10-day journey taught me something very simple: Receiving requires just as much courage as releasing. Because when good things come, they expose: – how much you trust yourself – how much you believe you’re worthy – how safe you feel letting life meet you halfway So today, I’m practicing this: Not forcing. Not begging. Not bracing for disappointment. Just… staying open. ✨ Reflection for you: What are you secretly afraid to receive? What would change if you didn’t feel guilty for having ease? What would your life look like if support didn’t scare you? Release created the space. Receiving is what fills it.

What Am I Finally Ready to Forgive?
Today’s affirmations were: I release resentment. I forgive for freedom. I choose lightness. And the question was: What am I finally ready to forgive? My answer… is myself. I forgive myself for not being who I thought I should be by now. I placed so many expectations on myself. I forced movement when my body and spirit were asking for stillness and patience. I forgive myself for that. I forgive myself for not maintaining my weight. For not keeping up with my vitamins, my gym routine, my yoga practice. Especially during seasons where I was in survival mode and doing the best I could with the energy I had. I forgive myself for the times stress, anxiety, and depression took over and I lost sight of my goals. I forgive myself for releasing friends and family who could not show up for me the way I needed them to. And I release the guilt and shame that came with that — the “bad daughter,” “bad granddaughter,” “bad friend” story… even when many of those relationships were not safe, reciprocal, or supportive for me. I forgive myself for wanting more. And for the discomfort that comes with becoming more. Because wanting more requires separation from old ways, old habits, old people, and old versions of myself. And that has brought guilt. And shame. And negative thoughts. So today, I forgive myself for that too. Forgiveness isn’t about pretending things didn’t hurt. It’s about choosing not to punish yourself for surviving. It’s about choosing freedom over self-attack. ✨ Reflection for you: - What version of yourself are you still judging? - What season of your life are you holding against yourself? - What would it feel like to forgive you… fully? Lightness doesn’t come from fixing everything. It comes from putting the weight down. And today, that’s what I’m practicing.
