DAY 3 of Mental Detox - Managing Mental Overload
Today we focused on managing mental overload and reframed it as a management issue, not a capacity issue. We reinforced that mental strength is not about doing more, but about deciding better—what gets attention, what gets written down, what gets scheduled, and what gets released.
We learned that when everything is allowed access to the mind, nothing receives proper focus, and that unmanaged thoughts lead to reaction instead of leadership.
Day 3 emphasized creating order, externalizing mental noise, narrowing daily focus, and protecting our mental space so our decisions remain clear, calm, and intentional as we build the discipline required for 2026.
Workbooks were sent to all of the participants to reinforce these teaching. It’s not too late to join us!
