Early this morning as I’m journaling in my “Gratitude My Peace” Emotional Wellness Journal, I began to write to our Father God, “Thank You for Dr. Hoskie and for using her as an example for so many of us to step into our rightful place as Women of God and leaders par excellence.” Then I googled the definition of “A Leader PAR EXCELLENCE” A "leader par excellence" is a leader who is exceptional and stands out as the best of their kind. They possess a high degree of skill, expertise, and effectiveness in leading, often inspiring others and achieving significant results. The phrase, of French origin, emphasizes a level of excellence that is unmatched or superior. After reading this definition, I journaled …WOW! Too often, we wait for validation from others before stepping into our dreams. But here’s the truth: your vision was assigned to YOU, not a committee. Stop asking people who don’t carry your calling to co-sign your next move. Your dreams are not up for debate. They are divine assignments—meant to be pursued with boldness, not hesitation.
