Cold Call Scripts
Hi, I am based in Brisbane. My cold call connections are dropping mostly going to VM.
Usually, my script is:
Just Sold a property not to far from yours, wanted to keep you update , had 6 offers and seeing if you had any realestate plans for 2026 ?
Any suggestions, what else I can say different ?
