I'm sharing an interesting article I just came across. In addition to rituals, I suggest sometimes a disruptor like taking a walk can get you out of the office and put some perspective on resolving a creative roadblock.
Reminds me of... When my team was faced with coming up with a creative name for our FAA government eLearning initiative, a lively walk and conversation produced the idea -- the ELVIS system - Electronic Library and Visual Information System. Our client loved it.
