I'm Kirsten — 50-year-old mom, teacher, and national-level bodybuilder. I built Midlife Strength because women like us deserve real coaching, not recycled programs designed for 25-year-olds.
Every workout is built by my husband Jonathan — 18 years of training experience and a degree in Exercise Science. I review everything. I lead the community. He builds the engine.
The foundation: 3 days of strength per week. Because that's what works. And you have a real life.
