Why Midlife RX?
At 52 I found myself completely LOST. My body was betraying me with horrible menopause symptoms: insomnia, weight gain, even acne as if I was a teenager. RUDE.
I also found myself a bit lost emotionally. The kids had both left the nest, my career was winding down and I was saying "WHAT NOW?"
As I began sharing my struggles on tiktok, I realized SO many other women were going through exactly what I was. AND... there was no one stop solution to finding answers.
So, I created it.
As a retired nurse of 28 years, it is my privilege to help you navigate this season.
