Batch cook
I've mentioned before how I hate cooking and never ever batch cook. Well last night I had a huge pack of mince so I whipped up a massive vat of beany bolognese, portioned it out, had some last night for dinner, some for lunch today and a couple of portions have been frozen for another day 🙌
