Have secured a gold supplier in Africa, and buyer in Dubai for a fixed 12 month contract of 400-700kg a month. Need some advise on the discount that is offers on the market for such a deal . I am getting requests of -15 spot from the buyer. And -3 spot from the seller. Mind you the gold is to be delivered and tested in Dubai refinery before any payments are made seller has agreed to this it's just now a matter of the points. what is this community thoughts on the spread the commission and what each party should be happy making assuming there 2 intermediaries groups between the seller and buyer. Any feedback is highly appreciated.
