Issue with Fabric capacity creation on Azure portal

Hope you are doing well. I am facing the following error “All administrators must belong to the same tenant” (see screenshot) when creating a Fabric capacity in my org subscription. I came across this post in the Fabric Community but I am not able to follow the solution as I couldn’t find the options described.

Would you be able to guide us to resolve this and create a Fabric capacity in the environment?

My free trial has ended and cannot be renewed further.
