DP-700 Passed… but What’s Next?👀
Hi everyone!
I’m looking for some guidance on my next steps. I’ve been working as a BI Developer for about a year and a half, and my learning path has been very focused on Microsoft Fabric. So far, I’ve completed the PL-300 → DP-600 → DP-700 (the last one just a few days ago — yay! And btw, Will, thanks a lot! Your guide was extremely helpful🤝).
Now I’m trying to decide what I should tackle next, and I’d love to hear your thoughts.
What do you think will continue to be most relevant in the Microsoft/Fabric ecosystem in the coming years?I’m considering several options, but I’m still not fully convinced about which direction to take:

- Take the AZ-900 to strengthen my Azure fundamentals? https://learn.microsoft.com/es-es/credentials/certifications/azure-fundamentals/?practice-assessment-type=certification
- Is Microsoft planning to release any new Fabric-focused certifications worth aiming for?
- Or would it make more sense to start exploring other complementary technologies?
