Both Mike and Jess are perfect leaders for the group because not only do they have a huge amount of experience and knowledge, but they are very gifted and kind at sharing that information. The only reason to give four stars versus five is the participation within the group is fairly limited as most people don’t seem to comment or post on a regular basis and sometimes an individual post or question can go unanswered for days or weeks.
