If you know how to run a community, drive occupancy, and keep residents happy, this is your role.
We’re working with a growing manufactured housing operator looking for a strong Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations and make an impact.
💰 Up to $65K
📍 Louisville, KY
What we need:
✔Bilingual (Fluent in English/Spanish)
✔ Property management software experience (Yardi, AppFolio, etc.)
✔ Strong leasing & sales background
✔ Financial reporting & budgeting experience
✔ Proven tenant relations skills
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the operational and people side of property management.
