I am a passionate and experienced piano and music theory teacher. All of my private students who have taken graded music exams have achieved a merit or distinction. Many also perform in local music festivals and competitions.
As a former organ scholar, I am well versed in both the practical and theoretical aspects of music performance. I have also taken part in and won for my performances on in local music festivals.
All my lessons feature, firstly, basic facility with piano technique as well as note recognitions and reading music on the stave. As we progress, lessons will be subdivided into more challenging long-term repertoire, quick studies (to improve sight reading), and technical exercises, such as scales and arpeggios.
