Ilana’s Method has changed my life in many ways. My mindset has changed drastically since I started. I have overcame many fears. The work calmed my nervous system enough to gave me the confidence to write my first book and start my podcast. My body seems to be de aging since I have been doing the sensual blossom classes. I’ve been a part of IM family for the past 3 weeks and I can tell you it definitely does something. And I mean less physically but more mentally for me. I feel more emotionally stable and calm. Life has been hectic for me lately so I am glad that there is something to come back to. AND I got my own thing going on when going to gyms- I love it!
