What keeps you stuck in client delivery?

I’ve built strong teams with clear purpose, clear responsibility, and the confidence to act. Building that kind of clarity and ownership gave me the space to focus on the bigger picture instead of staying involved in every decision. If I were to coach you, what would you want me to help you with?

I was trying to figure out how to ask this question and realized this group probably has the exact perspective I need. When you first started delegating marketing, what helped you build trust in the person handling it? I sometimes work with businesses where approvals still need to go through the owner for almost everything, even when the strategy, voice, and expectations are already established. From your side as an owner, what helped you get comfortable stepping back a bit? Was it consistency, reporting, communication, results, fewer mistakes over time, or something else? I appreciate any feedback!

You know the feeling. That elation when you finish a meeting, send the email, have the tough conversation, get a 'yes,' coach someone through a problem... and you get this hit of energy. Like, “Right. This is why I do this.” I want to know: What’s the moment that does that for you?

Tell us about a cool system or process you built in your business to make things run smoother! For me, I built an AI agent that collects leadership articles and then turns those articles into an email newsletter, post content, reel scripts, and YouTube scripts. Some of this process is still manual but we plan to automate end to end. The goal will be for me to have a ready-made content library and even have content auto-post (I still vet and adjust before things go live) other than the things I’ll be videoing talking-head style.
