Ba Zi is used here as a tool for observation, helping you read people, dynamics, and situations with greater clarity.
We work with body–mind awareness, using simple practices to reconnect with the body as a source of information and regulate the nervous system.
The group includes transformational meditations as portals for reflection, insight, and inner dialogue.
