Welcome to Mesa & Medicine — a sacred space to remember, restore, and become.
Here, we return to the living wisdom of Earth and Sky through ceremony, reciprocity, ancestral healing, and the sacred calendars that help us walk with greater awareness. This space honors both Andean and Maya cosmology, weaving the teachings of Ayni, energy medicine, the Medicine Wheel, the Cholq’ij, and the deep remembrance that we are not separate from nature, Spirit, or one another.
I am an Andean-Mayan shamanic practitioner, a graduate of the Four Winds Academy, where I studied Andean energy medicine and shamanic healing rooted in Quechua wisdom. I am also a devoted student of Maya wisdom, learning from Maya elders and spiritual guides known as Ajq’ijab’, who help me understand the Cholq’ij not only as a calendar, but as a living path of prayer, alignment, and human becoming.
