Over the past year, I’ve assembled a formal record related to disability access, due process, and the preservation of testimony. Portions of that record were submitted under seal.
I’ve now prepared a public, redacted version of the record.
A few important clarifications for this community:
- This document is not an accusation
- It is not legal advice
- It does not name individuals
- It exists to preserve continuity and conscience — not to persuade or inflame
I am being intentional about how access is handled. This is not a mass-download resource. The record is shared individually, with the expectation of good-faith stewardship.
