My name is Kirill Ivanov, simply Kira for friends and for you of course :)
I'm a former consultant with 20+ years of experience in the industry. I ran my own venue for a couple of years and directly managed half-dozen venues with revenues in €350K-1.45M/year.
My goal is to help as many venues with a menu as i possibly can to grow (revenue wise and not) and prosper.
I'm new to Skool (few days) so it will take me a couple of days to set everything up and running and i'll start sharing with you all i learned in 22 years.
I'm a big believer that you have to give before receiving anything - in life, business or relationships, it doesn't matter. You first sow, and then you harvest. So my goal is to provide as much value as i can, either by sharing directly what i know or by helping others gain clarity about their situations 🙏
