My name is Kirill Ivanov, or simply Kira :)
I'm a consultant with 20+ years of experience in the industry. I ran my own venue for a couple of years and directly managed half-dozen venues making €350K-1.45M/year.
My goal is to help as many venues with a menu as i possibly can to grow (revenue wise and not).
