This course fills in the gaps that a lot of men are looking for. Many of us want to help share the mental load in our households, but we struggle to know where or how to start. Tools like the BUILD meeting provide the implementation steps that can get you from A to B. It's easy to talk about being different; this community actually shows you how. The course material provides the background, and then office hours allows a live-time, small group setting to actually make change.

I’m really glad I found Mental Load Mastery and even more glad I took the course. It helped me identify and better understand the often-overlooked sources of invisible labor in everyday life. Zach’s course provided useful perspectives, practical tools, and, most importantly, a built-in network of other guys also active in the course to support and keep each other accountable. I would definitely recommend it to others.
