Mindset Monday: How We Think About Intention
Intention only works when we believe it matters. If we see intention as optional or “nice in theory,” we’re less likely to practice it. But when we view intention as ownership of our time, energy, and choices, it becomes a powerful mindset shift.
Protecting your mental wellness starts with how you think. If you believe rest is lazy or boundaries are selfish, it’s hard to act intentionally. Shifting your mindset to see intention as self-respect changes everything.
Example: Instead of thinking, “I don’t have time to slow down,” an intentional mindset says,“Slowing down protects my mental wellness and helps me show up better.”
What beliefs or thoughts might be getting in the way of you living more intentionally right now?
