JOURNALING...
many years ago, I was much younger maybe 12 -13 years old I began to journal. This was a great process to get thoughts and ideas out. When I first started, it was a personal journal.. As I have gotten older, I still journal, now most of the time my journaling has random thoughts and Ideas. From dad jokes, to ACT type vocabulary to POI ( people of interest). I find things I want to learn more about and it goes in...Anything that I read, that stands out I will put in there. I will often think about a topic and do a little research and write this information down. I saw this post on Instagram that was called 30 Short Habits and a few of them were great points:
1- WRITE THINGS DOWN- OUR BRAINS ARE NOT FOR HAVING IDEAS NOT HOLDING THEM.
2- WRITE DOWN ANYTHING THAT RESONATES WITH YOU.
It takes a few minutes each day to get into the groove- and before you know it you will have many pages completed. Take a few minutes today to get your journaling started!!!
