Movement supports mental wellness when it’s intentional, not forced. Fitness doesn’t have to be extreme to be effective. Intentional movement helps regulate mood, reduce stress, and increase mental clarity.
Example: Instead of pushing through an intense workout out of guilt, intention may look like a walk outside, stretching, or choosing rest when your body and mind need it.
