I just wanted to drop a little random thought post to the MentaLIFE community I hope the week was good, prosperous and fruitful. As I’m sitting here thinking about this post 2026 we’ve already finished about five weeks of the 2026 new year and we’re all about continuing to try to do and be the best we can so if you had goals that you’ve fallen off of our goals aren’t going according to plan. Take a few minutes. Stop recharge, and tweak the plan via finances, health and wellness or relationship relationships. And of course, we know the only two things we can control is your attitude and your effort, and if those things are constantly being remembered. Everything else will work itself out.
