Living With Intention
Intention gives direction. It is the why behind your actions. It’s a conscious decision about how you want to show up, what you want to prioritize, and what kind of outcomes you’re working toward. Without intention, our days are often driven by habit, urgency, or external demands. We get good at staying busy but often the “busy” does not always aligned with our goals. When intention is clear, it acts like a compass. It helps you decide what deserves your energy and what doesn’t.
